Data Collection & Purpose

We collect only what is strictly necessary to generate and deliver your digital order. This includes your name, WhatsApp number, email address, and the specific personalization media (images, text) you choose to upload. We do not track your activity across other websites. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

Financial Data Isolation

Forever Link does not process, capture, or store your financial information. All credit card, debit card, and UPI transactions are routed directly through Razorpay’s encrypted payment gateway. We receive only a secure success token to trigger our automated fulfillment pipeline.

Infrastructure & Storage Boundaries

Our platform operates on a high-speed serverless architecture. Your data interacts with the following certified nodes:

Edge Routing: Network traffic is routed through Cloudflare. Transient access data (such as IP addresses) is temporarily logged solely for security, DDoS protection, and link resolution.

Media Storage: Images and text uploaded for digital templates are ingested via Tally.so and securely stored on EU-compliant servers.

Fulfillment Logs: Order generation and dispatch logs are routed through Google-hosted infrastructure for automated WhatsApp and Email delivery.

Data Retention

We host your personalized assets (photos and messages) only as long as necessary to maintain the active status of your digital link. By default, customer-uploaded media is retained for up to one year to ensure link stability, after which it is eligible for systematic purging.

User Rights & Data Deletion

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, you maintain absolute control over your personal data. You have the right to request the immediate erasure of your uploaded media or contact details at any time.

To execute a deletion request, contact support with your exact Order ID. Upon verification, the requested data will be wiped from our active servers, and the associated digital gift link will be permanently disabled.
