The Digital Baseline

Forever Link delivers instantaneous, personalized digital assets. Due to the immediate and un-returnable nature of these products, all sales are categorically final. Once our system captures payment and generates your unique digital link or QR code, the fulfillment is complete. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or post-purchase design regrets.

User Input Liability

Our automated systems build your digital gift exactly as instructed at checkout. We do not issue refunds for typographical errors, misspelled names, incorrect dates, or flawed photos submitted by you. Furthermore, failing to receive a link because you inputted an incorrect email address or WhatsApp number does not qualify for a refund.

The Narrow Exceptions

We issue refunds strictly in the event of systemic failure. You are entitled to a full refund (or a replacement asset, at your discretion) under the following conditions:

Non-Generation: Payment was successfully captured, but a technical failure on our servers prevented the link from being generated and dispatched.

Double Billing: A gateway error resulted in multiple charges for a single order.

Refund requests meeting these criteria must be submitted to support within 72 hours of the transaction. Approved refunds are routed back to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.

Chargeback & Dispute Protocol

We maintain exhaustive server logs, including payment capture timestamps, generation logs, and dispatch receipts via WhatsApp and Email APIs.

If a chargeback or fraud claim is filed with your bank after our systems have logged a successful delivery, Forever Link will immediately suspend, lock, or permanently delete the hosted digital gift pending investigation. We will submit our delivery logs to the payment gateway (Razorpay) as absolute proof of fulfillment to contest the chargeback.
