Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Forever Link, you are entering into a binding agreement. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must exit the platform. Forever Link operates as a registered Proprietorship in India.

Digital Fulfillment & Input Liability

We deliver instantaneous digital assets. A product is legally considered "Delivered" the moment our system logs record a successful payment capture, subsequent generation of the digital link, and a successful dispatch attempt to the contact vector provided at checkout.

You assume total liability for the accuracy of your input data. Typographical errors in email addresses or WhatsApp numbers submitted during checkout completely void any claim of non-delivery.

Content Governance & Right to Refuse

You are solely responsible for the assets (text, images, media) you upload for gift personalization. You affirm that you hold all necessary rights, permissions, and legal consents for any submitted material.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. Forever Link retains the absolute, unquestionable right to refuse, suspend, or instantly terminate any order containing unlawful, explicit, abusive, defamatory, or copyright-infringing material. Violations will result in the immediate destruction of the hosted asset with no refund provided.

Serverless Infrastructure & Force Majeure

Forever Link is engineered on a high-speed, serverless edge infrastructure. While we target 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for transient downtime caused by external CDN outages, third-party infrastructure collapse, or technical disruptions outside our reasonable control.

In such events, our sole obligation is strictly limited to either a full refund or a replacement asset, entirely at our discretion, up to the exact amount paid.

Limitation of Liability

Financial exposure is strictly capped. Under no circumstances shall Forever Link be liable for indirect, incidental, emotional, or consequential damages arising from the use, delay, or inability to access our digital products.

In the event of a dispute, our total liability is expressly and permanently limited to the exact rupee amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising from your use of Forever Link shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Grievance Redressal

In direct compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer coordinates are listed below.

All formally submitted grievances will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt, with a mandatory resolution timeline of 15 days.
